Employee
Free Choice Act Reintroduced in Congress
The
so-called
"Employee
Free
Choice
Act"
(or
EFCA)--which
is
anything
but--was
introduced
in
the
U.S.
House
and
Senate

week,
and
so
far
has
the
support
of

Representatives
and
40
Senators.
With
President
Obama
and
House
leadership
offering
their
full
support,
the
battle
over
passage
will
be
waged
in
the
Senate.
Unions

and
are
investing
in
an
extensive
campaign
to
push
undeclared
Senators
to

the
bill.

for

Employees
with
Reduced

less,
the
employees
could
be

benefits
for
the
hours
they
are
off
each
week.
