Print Production Training for Your Employees . . .

Have you had to resort to hiring employees that have limited or no industry experience? Could your CSRs benefit from a deeper understanding of the production processes? Would a new salesperson who has limited industry experience come up to speed faster if they had relevant training? Do you wish your machine helpers had a better understanding of workflow so that they would be easier to cross-train?

There are few, if any, options beyond on-the-job training—until now . . .

Print is Tactile, Industry Training Should be Too!

PGAMA is pleased to offer Offset Press Operations & Binding and Finishing and Digital File Preparation & Output through the Print Strategic Industry Partnership (PrintSIP). Content for these classes provides context to help employees understand where their job fits into the overall workflow of a printing plant. Digital and conventional printing technologies are compared and contrasted preparing the student to identify which process is most appropriate for printing the job at hand. Content is designed to deliver not only the what but also the how and the why through demonstrations and hands-on activities. It’s one thing to talk about technology in the classroom but hands-on demonstrations take learning to a new level!
